      I booked this service for my parents, and they were very satisfied with the whole journey from CTS to Niseko. The NDS counter staff at CTS were friendly and helpful, and the ride was smooth and departed on time. I had emailed them with a question and they were very responsive. An excellent choice overall!

      Easy Shuttle Service

      I easily booked the NDS shuttle from the airport to Niseko online from the US and received frequent and useful emails up to the day of departure. The shuttle was spacious and the driver was highly skilled making for a safe journey. My only suggestion for improvement would be to better describe the luggage policy so that I would know if I have too much or not.
