• Lift tickets are not included.

• Adults and children (ages 3 and up) pay the same fare.
• One child under 3 years of age may ride on a lap for free per adult.
• Please call us for any changes or cancellations on the day before or on the day of the event.
• In the event of a refund, the refund will be made to your credit card, not by wire transfer. Please understand this in advance.

• Passengers who are intoxicated or in poor health are not permitted to board the bus.
• In case of changes or cancellations, only an e-mail or phone call from the representative (person responsible for the contract) will be accepted.
• Please note that changes or cancellations from anyone other than the representative will not be accepted.
• If you wish to change your reservation (date, time, flight, number of people, etc.), please click the “Change/Cancel Reservation” button on the voucher yourself. Please note that changes made less than 7 days prior to the date of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee and the cost of the new reservation.

• Please bring the e-ticket sent to your smart phone.

• Full reservations are required.
• Please arrive at the meeting place 15 minutes prior to departure time.
• Operation periods, arrival and departure times, and bus stops are subject to change due to various reasons.
• Please note that the service may be delayed or cancelled depending on weather and road conditions.
• The date of receipt will be the date of receipt of the e-mail message.
• Telephone inquiries will be accepted during our business hours. (Business hours: 9:00-17:00 on weekdays)
• Please include your reservation number when making inquiries.
• As the service uses minivans, all luggage will be placed inside the vehicle.
• The only personal belongings allowed on the bus are ski/snowboard equipment and related items (such as spare clothes).
• Please note that we cannot accept/store suitcases, large bags, snow scooters, bicycles, or similar items.
• We do not allow passengers to board while wearing ski boots or hard snowboard boots because they are slippery and pose a safety risk.
• The vehicles used for the outbound and return trips will not be the same. You cannot leave your hand luggage on the minivan.

Cancellation Policies
