We are pleased to confirm the operation of the direct shuttle service between the Hirafu Welcome Center and Rusutsu Resort, starting December 27th. It is about 45 minutes to Rusutsu Resort. ①Departure from Hirafu Welcome Center at 09:00 ②Departure from Hirafu Welcome Center at 17:00 ◇Attraction Points - You can easily travel between the ski resorts of Hirafu and Rusutsu Resort. - Reservations can be made easily via PC/smartphone. - Since it is prepaid, you can board with just your e-ticket on the day of travel. ※The transportation is a minivan operation.

- One child under 3 years of age may ride on a lap for free per adult.

- Please note that refunds are issued to your credit card, not by bank transfer.

- Guests who are intoxicated or feeling unwell may not board.
- If a change or cancellation is required, we can accept it only by email or telephone from the lead booker (the person responsible for the contract).
- * Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations from anyone other than the lead booker.
- * To change a booking (date and time, service, number of passengers, etc.), the lead booker must make the change themselves using the "Change / Cancel Booking" button on the voucher. Please note, therefore, that for changes made from 7 days before departure onward, when cancellation fees apply, both the cancellation fee and the fare for the new booking will be charged.

- As the service uses minivans, all luggage will be placed inside the vehicle.
- The only personal belongings allowed on the bus are ski/snowboard equipment and related items (such as spare clothes).
- Please note that we cannot accept/store suitcases, large bags, snow scooters, bicycles, or similar items.
- We do not allow passengers to board while wearing ski boots or hard snowboard boots because they are slippery and pose a safety risk.
- The vehicles used for the outbound and return trips will not be the same. You cannot leave your hand luggage on the minivan.
